“New Wonders” to be exhibited in Istanbul

25 new models will be launched in Turkey at Istanbul Autoshow 2015

Istanbul Autoshow 2015, which will be held at TUYAP Fair and Convention Center on 22-31 May, automobile enthusiasts will meet the “new wonders of the world”

At the Istanbul Autoshow 2015, organized jointly by the ODD (Automotive Distributors’ Association) and TUYAP Tüm Fuarcılık Yapım A.Ş. on 22-31 May 2015 at TUYAP Fair and Convention Center in Beylikduzu, 25 new models will be introduced for the first time for Turkish Market. At TUYAP, Autoshow 2015 will be organized in 14 halls built on a total indoor area of 120,000 square meters, introducing automotive enthusiasts to the new wonders of the world: the latest automobile models.

One of the most important events that contribute in the domestic and international reputation and recognition of both Turkey and its automotive industry, Istanbul Autoshow will welcome its visitors with its concept of “wonderland” this year. The concept was developed based on the fact that automotive brands now perceive trade shows not only as areas where they can display their new models but also as a platform where they can introduce the technologies of the future to the consumer. It is no longer surprising for a technology that presents deep suspicions as to whether it would ever be realized or it is too futuristic to be featured in the latest models. Recently, commercialization of new technologies has also speeded up, as features that would be dismissed as a dream a few years ago are now a reality. Automobiles to be exhibited under the ‘wonderland’ concept, which is developed in line with this approach, are also described as the ‘new wonders of the world’.

Istanbul Autoshow 2015 will be held on a total area of 145,000 square meters in TUYAP Fair and Convention Center Beylikduzu, including 120,000 square meters of indoor area and 25,000 square meters of outdoor area. One of the most important automotive shows of the world with its both participant and visitor profile, Istanbul Autoshow will continue to dazzle its visitors this year under both its creative concept and brands.

With both its press and VIP openings to be held on 21 May, the show will be open to visitors from 22 to 31 May 2015. Automotive manufacturers are about to complete their preparations to present the most appealing stands and the organizers to offer the most enjoyable events. Istanbul Autoshow will be open to visitors 12pm to 9pm during the week and 11am to 9pm on the weekend in TUYAP Fair and Convention Center Beylikduzu.

Having continuously developed and grown since the first day, Istanbul Autoshow is among the biggest automotive shows not only in Turkey but also in Europe and the Middle East. Since 2006, it has been included in the International Automotive Fairs Calendar by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA), thus becoming an internationally recognized trade show. Its inclusion in the calendar, which only accepts those that attain a certain level and quality among automotive shows, is extremely important for the international prestige of the Turkish automotive industry.
